Ore shaking table is a gravity beneficiation equipment that uses the asymmetric reciprocating motion of the bed surface to separate light and heavy minerals. 6S shaking table is applicable to nonferrous metals, ferrous metals and rare metals mineral, like gold, tungsten,tin, tantalum, iron, manganese, chrome, titanium, bismuth and lead, which the size ranges from 2-0.037mm.



Shaking table features

Shaking table gold separation is suitable for processing minerals with finer particle size. According to the particle size of the ore, it can be divided into three types: coarse sand bed, fine sand bed and ore mud bed. Among them, the coarse sand bed is suitable for separating material particle size For ore particles as small as 0.5 mm, the fine sand bed is suitable for processing ore particles with a particle size range of 0.5 to 0.074 mm, and the ore mud bed is suitable for processing ore particles with a particle size of 0.074 to 0.037 mm.



Shaking table working principle 

Gold shaking table is mainly used to make separations based on the difference of specific gravity of feed materials, reciprocating asymmetrical movement and the stratification performance of the inclined table surface in the lateral water flow with obvious zone of the minerals with different specific gravities on the table, high quality of concentrates produced, convenient operation ,adjustable.

Generally, in placer gold ore, gold is mostly in the form of natural gold.
