It is an ideal stone crusher in aggregate production to meet the coarse and fine crushing requirements. Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher makes a breakthrough in its structure. After optimization, the structure improves the performance and crushing capability a lot. Meanwhile, the hydraulic lubrication system of the HPC Cone Crusher not only ensures stable operation but also makes the system control more intelligent.
HPC series cone crusher shows excellent crushing capacity in secondary crushing and fine crushing in metal ore, construction sand, and stone processing. With its strong crushing ability and large capacity, it is commonly used to crush medium and hard rock.
Cone Stone Crusher is used for crushing over 120 kinds of rocks, such as limestone, granite, quartz, basalt, river stone, gold ore, iron ore, coal, gravel, aggregate, etc. Different final output sizes could meet your different needs.
1. Integrated hydraulic lubricating system with compact structure, small volume, saving installation space, reducing fuel consumption.
2. Laminated crushing brings good product shape. It improves the quality of the finished product and decreases the cost of equipment and the whole system.
3. Higher crushing efficiency with an optimized crushing chamber. Several standard crushing chambers are available for each model.
4. The cylinder with a hydraulic system provides overload and non-broken material protection. It saves time on maintenance and decreases the operation cost.
The whole working process of the HPC multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is that the motor drives the rotation of the transmission shaft by belt pulley and v-belts, then the transmission shaft drives the rotation of the eccentric sleeve around the main shaft through the spiral bevel gear, squeezing or compressing the materials continuously. The material is crushed from all directions, crushed, and ground according to its own grain, which formed the high compressive strength building aggregates. The materials are small enough to fall through the narrow opening at the bottom of the crusher. Final sizing and reduction are determined by the closed side setting or the gap between the two crushing members at the lowest point.
