Spiral sand washing equipment is used to remove the dust and stone powder in the sand produced by sand making machine, it also can do sand and mining stone -selecting work or the similar process. The machine aims to improve the quality and grade of the sand and mining stone.

Spiral sand washing machine is suitable for construction sites, sand and gravel plants, hydropower stations, concrete dam sites, post and telecommunications pole factories.
The sand washing machine is arranged at an inclination of 15°, and the lower part of the water tank is surrounded by three side slabs to form a sedimentation tank. The spiral head is not inserted into the sedimentation tank, and the spiral is continuously rotated by the electric motor through the reducer, and the washing water is fed from the perforated plate at the bottom of the sedimentation tank. The device has three functions of cleaning, dehydration and classification.

It consists of a trough body, a reducer, a motor, a central shaft, a spiral blade and a bracket. The bracket is welded on the central shaft, and the spiral blade is secured and then pressed with bolts to deform the blade without the lower body.
The electric motor runs slowly with the impellor after decelerated by the belt, decelerator and gears wheel. The sand and stone flow into washing launder from feeding launder, rolls with the impellor, and grinds each other. The impurity covering the sand is washing away. At the same time, add more water, the strong water flow will take away waste and some low-weight wastes from washing launder. Through the above process, the washing function is finished. The clean sand and stone is lift up by vane. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and fall back in the washing launder.
