Working Principle

CI series large caliber impact crusher is a kind of crusher that uses the impact principle to crush materials. When it is working, the rotor rotates at a high speed driven by the motor. When the material enters the crushing area of the hammer, it hits the hammer on the rotor and breaks, then is thrown to the counterattack device to be crushed again, and then bounces back from the counterattack liner to the crushing area of the hammer to crushing.

This crushing process is circulating, the material enters the first, second, and third chambers from large to smaller for repeat crushing until the material is crushed to qualified output size, then discharged from the outlet. Adjusting the gap between the counterattack frame and the rotor can change the output size and the shape of the material.
