Applied Material

A mobile cone crusher, also known as a crushing station, is an efficient and flexible secondary and tertiary mobile crusher, mainly used for hard rock crushing, aggregate production, mine crushing, construction waste recycling, etc. It can be used for crushing more than 129 kinds of rocks such as limestone, granite, quartz stone, basalt, river stone, gold ore, iron ore, coal, gravel, aggregate, etc. Baichy Machinery can meet your different needs according to your different final output sizes.

Working Principle

The mobile crushing station includes a vibrating feeder, stone crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, magnetic separator, etc.

After the material is crushed by the cone crusher, it is transported to the vibrating screen by the belt conveyor to obtain finished products of different specifications: 0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm(or other specifications).

The design of the mobile cone station is to place the cone crusher and the vibrating screen on the same level, and the topmost material can directly flow into the cone crusher through the receiving hopper for crushing.
