Product Description

In an iron concentrate plant, the lean ore processed magnetic separation after coarse crushing and medium crushing, in order to restore grade, save energy and improve production, the customer chose magnetic drum, reducing the load of next procedure. Arrangement of two stages magnetic separation, the intensity of magnetic field is large, the magnetic separation effect is very obvious, and production efficiency is improved; at the same time, magnetic drum can also be used to process tailings, which is beneficial to recycle equipment, save the cost and improve grade.

The magnetic strength of magnetic separator surface is different, and the applicable materials are also different. The stronger the magnetic field, the greater the ability to attract weak magnetic materials. The tank body of the wet magnetic separator has three forms, which are divided into semi-counter current tank, counter-current tank and downstream tank, and the semi-counter-current tank and downstream tank can be used in combination.

1. Semi-counter current tank. It is suitable for rough selection or beneficiation of strong magnetic minerals with a particle size between 0-0.5mm, especially for the beneficiation of ore particles between 0-0.15mm.

2. Countercurrent tank. It is suitable for roughing or sweeping of strong magnetic minerals with particle size between 0-0.6mm. It is especially suitable for heavy medium recovery in coal washing plants, etc.

3.Downstream tank. It is suitable for roughing or refining minerals with a particle size between 0-6mm.

4.Both the semi-counter current tank and the downstream tank can be used in series to improve the concentrate grade.

The ore is first sent to the jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then the ore with a proper size for secondary crushing will be sent into the ball mill for fine crushing and grinding. The ore powder discharged from the ball mill will be sent to the next procedure: classifying. Because of the different sedimentation rate due to the varied specific gravity, spiral classifier can clean and group the ore mixture. The cleaned and grouped mixture is sent to magnetic separator, due to the different susceptibility, magnetic substance can be separated from the mixture under magnetic and mechanical force. Then the mixture is sent to flotation machine. According to the features of different ores, we can add different additive into the mixture to separate the ore which we want from the mixture. After the seperation from the mixture, the ore we want always contains a lot of water, then we need a thickner to have it concentrated and then dried by a drier, enventually we can get dry ore.
