The small jaw crusher is a primary rock-crushing equipment. With just one-time crushing, you will get the products directly, there is no need to purchase a complete set of equipment, only a small jaw crusher can meet your needs. This small-size PE series jaw crusher max. feeding size is 130-210mm, the output size is 10-60mm, and the capacity is 1-20 Tph.
Small jaw crusher jaws are adjustable down to about half an inch, and up to about two and a half to three inches of discharge. The final products can be directly put into the application without further crushing by other crushers.
Jaw crusher is widely used in various industries, such as mining, road and railway construction, building construction, water conservation, the chemical industry, etc. It could crush kinds of minerals and rocks with compression strength less than 320MPa, such as quartz, granite, basalt, limestone, river stone, sandstone, shale, iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, etc.
The belt and pulley are driven by a diesel engine or motor to make the movable jaw move back and forth, up and down through the eccentric shaft. The raw material is squashed or split when the movable jaw plate moves towards the fixed jaw together with the movable jaw. When the movable jaw and movable jaw plate turn back by eccentric shaft and spring, the raw material is squashed or split before discharges from the bottom outlet under the jaw plate. The bulk production comes true while the electromotor rotates continuously and the movable jaw crushes and discharges the raw material periodically.
