The jaw crusher is a kind of stone crusher machine that is widely used as the primary crusher in stone crushing plants. The purpose is to reduce hard stone material to a small size so that it can be transported by conveyors to the next crushing stages.

The jaw crusher can process over 120 kinds of rocks to medium particle size, such as limestone, granite, quartz, basalt, river stone, gold ore, iron ore, coal, gravel, aggregate, etc. Different final output sizes could meet your different needs.

Output size: 10 mm-360 mm, the discharge port has a wide adjustment range.
The crusher's core components are two jaw plates, one fixed and the other movable. Driven by an electric motor, the movable jaw plate, through an eccentric shaft, moves back and forth periodically. When the movable jaw plate approaches the fixed one, the materials between them are crushed by extrusion, bending and splitting. When the movable jaw plate moves away, the crushed materials fall out of the discharge opening due to gravity
