Gold ore beneficiation process includes gravity separation and flotation process, gold cip, cil process, gold heap leaching, all of which can realize high-efficiency recovery of gold. The beneficiation process and relative equipment is chosen according to the nature of gold ore. Gold exists in quartzite. Usually, quartz appears as small stones in large cracks in riverbeds or mountain slopes and has crystals in different colors such as white, yellow, pink, purple, gray, or black. The most common types of quartz with gold ore are rose quartz gold ore and rainbow gold ore. A high gold-quartz ore contains 25% gold by mass, and it occurs in areas where the bedrock is fractured by tectonic and volcanic activity. Gold processing plant common including crushing, grinding, beneficiation process.
Step 1: Crushing
Due to the raw ore size is large, it is necessary to be crushed into suitable particles. The loader sends raw ore into vibrating feeder, which feed material evenly to jaw crusher for primary crushing process. In ore benefication plant, one important rule is to crush more and grind less. If nessary, cone crusher or hammer crusher could added as second crushing process to get suitable particles.
Step 2:Grinding
After crushing, the material goes into ball mill via feeder for fine size, such as 325mesh. Ball mill and spiral classifier is a closed-loop circle. The material after ball mill grinding comes into classifier for classification. Qualified fine ore into next process and unqualified coarse ore return back to ball mill for grinding again. In this grinding process, we must first make clear the requirements for each ore particle standards.
Step 3: Selecting
In the production process,not all the ore powder are in line with the standard.The usful ore powder needs to be selected via professional equipment, such as mixing tank, flotation machine, shaking table, spiral chute etc. Then the qualified concentrate powder from ore is stocked in settling pond.

| Spiral chute separator is a gravity equipment. With the water, action of gravity friction force, minerals would be separated by its gravity difference. It is the best equipment in mining and ore dressing industries,which is often applied to sort materials with size 0.3 - 0.02 mm. It can easily adopt to different raw material size, density, ore grade and feed volume. Gold Shaking Table is one of the main equipment of gravity concentration. It can be used to deal with many kinds of metal ores, such as rough selection, elaborate selection, and scavenging. It also can select and sort coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand(0.5-0.074mm), slime (-0.074mm) and other different particle sizes. What's more, shaking table can be used for sorting iron, manganese ore and coal.
