Iron ore ball mill is a kind of wet type continous ball mill for the grinding process of iron ore materials. According to the processing requirements of the process, the iron ore ball mill has a very good grinding effect. After continuous improvement and innovation, the equipment has a very good energy-saving effect. Grinding the same amount of iron ore raw materials consumes more electricity than ordinary. Baichy ball mill grinding equipment is much lower, and it is suitable to be equipped with a motor.
Wet Ball Mill Working Principle
The iron ore ball mill has requirements on the particle size of the material. When the particle size of the iron ore is less than 25mm, it can enter the abrasive bin of the ball mill for grinding operation. The iron ore enters the first bin of the ball mill. Under the action of the motor, the cylinder starts rotating, the steel balls in the chamber continuously impact and grind the iron ore under the action of the cylinder, and then realize the rough grinding of the iron ore. Further grinding until the iron ore is ground to the specified particle size, and then discharged through the discharge end.
Wet Ball Mill Features
1. The feeding and discharging device of the iron ore ball mill is reliable, the feeding is smooth, the discharging will not be blocked, and the processing capacity is larger.
2. The body and chassis of the iron ore ball mill are integrated, and can be installed once and placed on the foundation plane.
