1. Overall structural design
Mobile impact crusher crawler station adopts "integrated integration" design, consisting of crawler chassis system, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, screening and conveying module, intelligent control system and power unit, and realizes rapid deployment and collaborative operation through modular layout.
2. Core workflow
Step 1: Loading and pre-screening
The material is put into the vibrating feeder through a loader or excavator, and the built-in pre-screen (adjustable aperture) automatically separates impurities such as soil and fine crushed materials to improve crushing efficiency.
Step 2: Impact crushing
The pre-screened material enters the impact crusher cavity, and repeatedly collides with the impact plate under the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer. The material is crushed through the dual modes of **"stone hitting iron" and "stone hitting stone", and the finished product particle shape is mostly cubic (needle-shaped content <10%).
Step 3: Classification and transportation
The crushed materials are classified by particle size through a screening device (single-layer/double-layer vibrating screen is optional), and qualified aggregates are transported to the stockpile area through a folding belt conveyor. Oversized materials are automatically returned to the crusher for secondary processing to form a closed-loop circulation system.
3. Power and drive system
Equipped with a diesel engine + hydraulic drive dual power solution, it can switch to the grid power supply mode (optional), and the fuel consumption is as low as 18L/h in energy-saving mode;
The crawler chassis adopts a fully hydraulic independent travel motor, with on-site steering and climbing self-balancing functions, and is suitable for complex terrains such as mud and gravel slopes (maximum travel speed 1.5km/h).
4. Environmental protection and safety control
Dust suppression design: The feed port, crushing chamber, and discharge port are equipped with spray dust suppression devices, combined with pulse bag dust collectors, and the dust concentration is ≤30mg/m³.
Overload protection: The PLC system monitors current, temperature, and vibration data in real time, and automatically shuts down and alarms when foreign objects are stuck.
5. Intelligent operation
Set parameters such as crushing size and output through the touch screen or remote control, and the system automatically adjusts the hammer speed and screening angle;
Supports 4G/5G data transmission, and can view the equipment operation status, fault codes and maintenance reminders on the mobile phone.
