The double-roll crusher is also called a double-roll crusher and a double-toothed-roll crusher. The surface of the roller crusher is made of high manganese steel, which can withstand the heat treatment. A double-roll crusher is suitable for cement. Coarse crushing and secondary crushing of brittle materials in the chemical industry, electric power, mining, building materials, metallurgy, and other industries. The feed particle size is large, and the discharge particle size is controllable, which can effectively crush materials with compressive strength less than 160MPa.

Working Principle
The crushed material falls between the two rollers from the feed port. After being squeezed and crushed, the final product will fall naturally. When there are some materials that are too hard or cannot be broken, the rollers of the double-roll crusher will automatically retreat under the action of hydraulic cylinders or springs to increase the gap between the rollers. The crushing of materials that are too hard or that cannot be crushed will cause a drop-down. Thus protecting the machine from damage. There is a certain gap between the two counter-rotating rollers, and the maximum output particle size of the final product can be controlled by changing this gap. The double-roll crusher relies on two counter-rotating round rolls to crush material, and the four-roll crusher relies on two pairs of counter-rotating round rolls to crush material.
