MFW series grinding mill is the latest upgraded product of Raymond mill. It is an efficient fine grinding machine for large scale powder production, which can perfectly meet the production needs of customers for 200-33μm (80-425 mesh) fine powder. Compared with the traditional Raymond mill, the MFW grinding mill has been greatly improved in terms of output, fineness control, and environmental protection.
1. The MFW series grinding mill can easily meet high requirements for particle size distribution and are very energy-efficient.
2. Vibration damping avoids cracking or damage to the frame and return box due to long-term vibration and fatigue.
3. The fineness of the finished powder is uniform, and the qualified rate is as high as 99%.
4. The fineness of the European grinding mill can be adjusted arbitrarily between 0.173mm and 0.044mm. The achievable upper particle size is 800 mesh.
The MFW grinding mill machine is widely used in chemical and mineral industries to grind non-combustible and non-explosive non-metallic materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as limestone, gypsum, marble, dolomite, kaolin, diatomite, silicate, slag, fly ash, etc.

Big lump materials are crushed to the required size by jaw crusher, then it is elevated to buffering hopper through the elevator. After that, it is fed into the mill to grind between rings and rollers. The ground particles move up with the airflow, those that cannot pass the separator will fall and be ground again, while others will be collected as the finished product. Air flow passing through the separator will go to the air blower for recycling, it's a closed system.
