Three-drum dryer is also called three-cylinder dryer and triple-drum dryer. It has improved internal structure of monocular dryer, which prolongs the time of pre-drying of wet materials and wet materials in the machine, thus improving 50% to 80% of production capacity compared with original monocular dryer.
The sand rotary dryer (river sand dryer) equipment produced by our company adopt the saving technology ,fixed structure . Internal cylinder ,middle cylinder and outer cylinder form a since the insulation structure .Special thermal design idea , the elimination of wind tunnel heat loss , increase the heat exchange area and unit volume evaporation intensity , good energy saving effect .The sand dryer is used for drying sand , yellow sand , slag , clay and other raw materials , widely used in building materials , chemical industry , foundry industry , etc , can adapt to a variety of fuels such as coal , oil and gas.
1. Steel plates are used between the three packages to effectively solve the problem of large wet sand accumulation due to package fixation.
2. The lifting plate is honeycombed and spirally propelled, which keeps the material in suspension and increases the exchange area between the material and the hot air.
3. K series hard gear reducer is durable, not easy to damage, and noiseless to start.
4. The roller ring is connected with the cylinder as a dovetail plate damping device, which avoids the risk of the cylinder being deformed at high temperature.
5. Waterway is installed under the supporting roller to solve the problem of damage caused by high temperature of the tugboat.

The Three drum rotary dryer consists of rotary body,throwing flitch,transmission device,supporting device,sealing ring,heat source,beater device,belt loading machine,feeding machine,rotary roller,belt discharger,draft fan,discharger,and switchboard.
This 3 pass dryer has 3 drying zones in the 3 cylinders(internal one, middle one and external one ) that construct the rotating body.Heat processing of a product with high moisture content is done efficiently in those 3 drying zones.The product is put in from the inlet of the hopper,sent to the internal cylinder where heating of the product is made,then moves to the middle cylinder where evaporation of moisture is promoted further.The solid constituent of the product is gradually broken into pieces and discharged from the outlet via the third final drying zone.
The hot air produced in the furnace is sent to the internal cylinder,passes through the middle and external cylinders.The hot air is then sent to the cyclone where dust is removed.
