YGM high-pressure Raymond grinding mill is improved on the basis of the R series Raymond mill. Through high-pressure spring pressure, increasing the grinding roller centrifugal force on the material grinding pressure, the YGM raymond mill is especially suitable for processing Mohs hardness level 7, humidity below 6% of all kinds of non-flammable and explosive minerals, such as barite, limestone, ceramics, slag and other materials of fine powder processing. The particle size of the finished product is adjusted in the range of 80-425 mesh. The particle size of the material ground by the Raymond mill is relatively fine and uniform, and the finished product can well meet the material requirements of various fields.
1. Compared with other mills its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same power condition and the compression force of rollers to material improves 800-1200kgf under the force of a high-pressure spring.
2. Size of the final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) -0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh).
3. High-Pressure Suspension Mill meets the requirement of national dust-dump standards.

1. Baichy Raymond Mill plant mainly includes the host, analysis machine, plumbing fixtures, and blower. According to user needs, it can be equipped with a crusher, elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electric control cabinet, etc.
2. After the materials are crushed to desired particle size, enter into the storage hopper by the elevator, and then through a vibrating feeder enter into the grinding chamber of Raymond mill uniform continuously.
3. Due to the centrifugal force when rotating, the rollers swing outward, press on the grinding ring, shovel blade scoop up materials, then sent them between the grinding roller and grinding ring to achieve crushing purpose.
4. After grinding material, the powder along with the circulating air made by the blower, is brought into the analysis machine for sorting, coarse material will regrind. Qualified powder along with the air enters into a cyclone powder collector, then discharges the powder tube, which is the finished product.
5. In the grinding chamber of Baichy Raymond mill, because there is certain moisture in the ground material when grinding, it will generate heat, moisture evaporates, and the pipe interface of the whole is not tight, the outside air is drawn into making the circulation pressure increased to ensure that the mill work under negative pressure. The increased airflow enters into the DMC dust collector, at last enter into the atmosphere after purification.
