Vibrating screens are used to separate materials into various sizes for further processing or end use. The material is separated by means of vibrating "screens" which are available in various sizes according to customer requirements. The final product can then be used in the building and construction industry. Vibrating screens are widely used in building materials, mineral processing, metallurgy, chemical, abrasive, and food industries.
YK vibrating screen is suitable for the classification of various stone powder and mineral powders such as sand aggregate, dry powder mortar, machine-made sand, natural sand, quartz sand, perlite, dolomite, calcite, potassium feldspar, etc.
The electromotor drives the belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move back and forth, up and down through the eccentric shaft. The raw material is squashed or split when the movable jaw plate moves towards the fixed jaw together with the movable jaw. When the movable jaw and movable jaw plate turn back by eccentric shaft and spring, the raw material, is squashed or split before discharging from the bottom outlet under the jaw plate. The bulk production comes true while the electromotor rotates continuously and the movable jaw crushes and discharges the raw material periodically.
