The vertical compound crusher is a new type of fine crushing and coarse grinding equipment developed by integrating the technologies of similar crushers at home and abroad and optimizing the main technical parameters. It is mainly used for crushing in small and medium-sized production lines. It has a large crushing ratio, low energy consumption, stable operation, simple structure, convenient operation, maintenance, etc.
The vertical composite crusher series is suitable for crushing limestone, clinker, coal, and other ores in building materials, mining, metallurgy, and chemical industries. Its compressive strength is not more than 140 MPa. The humidity is not more than 15%.
Vertical compound crushing is widely used in secondary crushing and fine crushing of various hard and brittle materials such as rocks, abrasives, refractory materials, cement clinker, quartz stone, iron ore, concrete, and aggregates.
The material falls into the high-speed rotating impeller from the top of the machine, under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it produces high-speed impact, flows around the impeller together with another umbrella material, after they attack each other, it is then discharged from the bottom, forming a closed circuit for many times The cycle is controlled by screening equipment to achieve the required product size.
