A reversible hammer crusher is a new type of crushing equipment, general configuration by crusher main engine, motor, torque limiting hydraulic coupling, and liquid opening device. The spindle and hammer handle is forged with 42CrMo alloy steel. The hammer head and village plate are cast with high wear-resisting alloy. Because it is different from the design concept of an ordinary crusher, the structure of the large rotor, short pin shaft, and reversible rotary combination hammer, have the advantages of large impact, easy operation, and maintenance, and low operation cost.
PCK series reversible hammer crusher, used for crushing brittle materials with a medium hardness of ore compressive strength not more than 150Mpa (1500 kg/square cm), such as coal, limestone, gypsum, soft refractory materials, etc.

A reversible impact hammer crusher is widely used in mining, smelting, building materials, roads, railways, water conservancy, the chemical industry, and other industries, especially suitable for crushing limestone and medium hardness stones with compressive strength below 200Mpa.
The crushable materials mainly include coking coal, small limestone, gypsum, alum, bricks, tiles, etc. Therefore, the compressive strength and surface moisture content of the crushed material shall not exceed 150MPa and 15% respectively.
The crushing process is generally like this: after the falling material enters the crusher, it encounters a high-speed rotating hammerhead; after being hit, it is hit on the adjustable wear-resistant tooth plate at the crusher entrance, and is crushed for the first time, after crushing, the materials with basically the identical particles enter into the main crushing chamber evenly, and the second main crushing is carried out. The homogenized materials in the main crushing chamber obtain kinetic energy again from the hammer. After the upward rebound of the sawtooth-shaped lining plate, the material is broken again by the Hammerhead, and at the same time, the material is also broken by the impact of each other, and so on. In the counter-attack cavity broken many times, the final broken material from the discharge port discharge, fine broken material is the product.
