Introduction:  A high efficiency and energy saving ball mill with rolling bearing

Improvement: Cylindrical energy saving grid ball mill is lined grooved ring plate which increases the contact surface of ball and ore and strengthens the grinding.

Application:  Baichy ball mill is widely used in industries such as mining, cement, silicate, new building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics, etc. It's especially widely applied for the grinding for all kinds of ores in mining.


 

Baichy Ball Mill Features

1. Gold ball mill is mainly composed of feeding part, discharging part, turning part and driving part. Convenient installation and debugging , easy to operate.

2. Optimize the shape and material of the liner and grinding media to reduce the breakage rate and improve the grinding efficiency.

3. There are many balls loaded, both large and small balls can be loaded, and the small balls will not be discharged, which can also form a good working condition.

4. A forced ore discharge device is added to the discharge end, and the processing capacity is increased by 40%.

5. The sliding bearing is changed to a rolling bearing, which has a large carrying capacity, but the life of the sliding bearing is increased by more than 5%.

Working Principle

1. Materials shall be evenly charged through quill shaft in feeding device into the first bin, which has step or waved lining with steel balls in different specifications.

2. Steel balls are taken to a certain height by centrifugal force from drum rotation and then fall. Thus it will give a heavy blow to materials, playing a role of grinding.

3. Materials after crushed in the first bin shall enter bin across single-layer diaphragm into the second, which is provided with flat lining with steel balls, to go through further grinding.

4. Powder shall be discharged from discharging grating, ending the milling process.
