Product Description

Gravity gold processing is the most traditional method of extracting gold in rock gold mine used widely. It is more as a secondary process to recover coarse gold in the grinding circuit to create favorable conditions for the flotation and cyanidation. Because of its efficiency in capturing single coarse gold, so for placer gold extraction, the process is also in dominant position.



The gold concentrate of placer gold ore has a high content and mostly exists in the form of sand grains. Therefore, gravity separation is often used when sorting. After pretreatment, desliming and washing of ore, coarse gold ore particles can be directly obtained by gravity separation process. Gravity separation is an effective and economical treatment method in placer gold ore beneficiation. 
 

After primary crushing and ball mill, Concentrates of centrifugal concentrator are sent to shaking table for fine concentrating gold. The ball mill + classifier forms a closed-circuit grinding system, which can achieve more than 90% of the discharge to 200 mesh(0.074mm) So this flowchart is very suitable for recovering fine powder gold in rocks.	Wet pan mill and shaking table will need water when works, you can also add water to the hammer crusher,in case blocking the sieve of the hammer crusher. The process is simple, low cost, effective for capture single coarse gold. Improving beneficiation indicator and overall recovery rate of gold, increase production and reduce the cost.
Jaw Crusher as the primary crusher and Hammer Crusher as the secondary crusher to crusher gold rocks to get sized fine ore for further processing. The shaking table is gravity to recovery gold .with very high recovery rate and It is very friendly to the environment. This Plant also can be used for Hard Rock Tin ore/ Coltan ore/ Tungsten Ore/ Chrome.	Gravity separation system was added between stage-one ball mill discharging and closed circuit classification. The gold centrifugal concentrator was applied for roughing, and the shaking table was applied for concentrating. Gold exists in quartzite. Usually, quartz appears as small stones in large cracks in riverbeds or mountain slopes and has crystals in different colors such as white, yellow, pink, purple, gray, or black. The most common types of quartz with gold ore are rose quartz gold ore and rainbow gold ore. A high gold-quartz ore contains 25% gold by mass, and it occurs in areas where the bedrock is fractured by tectonic and volcanic activity. Gold processing plant common including crushing, grinding, beneficiation process.

Step 1: Crushing
Due to the raw ore size is large, it is necessary to be crushed into suitable particles. The loader sends raw ore into vibrating feeder, which feed material evenly to jaw crusher for primary crushing process. In ore benefication plant, one important rule is to crush more and grind less. If nessary, cone crusher or hammer crusher could added as second crushing process to get suitable particles.


Step 2:Grinding
After crushing, the material goes into ball mill via feeder for fine size, such as 325mesh. Ball mill and spiral classifier is a closed-loop circle. The material after ball mill grinding comes into classifier for classification. Qualified fine ore into next process and unqualified coarse ore return back to ball mill for grinding again. In this grinding process, we must first make clear the requirements for each ore particle standards.


Step 3: Selecting
In the production process,not all the ore powder are in line with the standard.The usful ore powder needs to be selected via professional equipment, such as mixing tank, flotation machine, shaking table, spiral chute etc. Then the qualified concentrate powder from ore is stocked in settling pond.
